VPNMesh provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and routes it through our servers to enhance your privacy and security online.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Create an account through our Telegram bot
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

• Any illegal activities under applicable laws
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Unauthorized access to computer systems or networks

5. Payment and Subscriptions

5.1 Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis depending on your chosen plan.

5.2 Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted through our support channel.

5.3 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days before any price increase takes effect.

6. Device Limits

Each subscription plan has a specific device limit. Simultaneous connections exceeding your plan's limit may result in automatic disconnection of older sessions.

7. Privacy and Data

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

VPNMesh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our Telegram bot. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VPNMesh operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
